TRANSPORT SAFETY CAMP
This Camp will focus on defending against attacks on Public transport.
The camp will look at an attacker who may be armed with Knives or Firearms. We will take you though Tactics, Combat Mindset training for high-risk problems in a tubular environment like a bus, train or plane.

SPECIALIST GUEST INSTRUCTOR
Eyal Yanilov began training in Krav Maga in 1974 at age 15 under its founder, Imi Sde-Or, quickly becoming an exceptional student and instructor. Imi appointed him to train high-level students and instructors, awarding him the prestigious Founder’s Diploma of Excellence and the rank of Expert Level 8. Together, they authored books on Krav Maga principles and developed a formalized curriculum.
Eyal introduced Krav Maga internationally, training special forces, law enforcement, and civilians across the U.S., Europe, and beyond. After Imi's passing in 1998, Eyal founded Krav Maga Global (KMG) in 2010 to expand and modernize the system, leading a global team to teach authentic Krav Maga worldwide.
Today, KMG is recognized for training civilians and elite military and police units, preserving the principles and legacy of Krav Maga as established by Imi Sde-Or.

HOW DOES THE CAMP WORK ?
The Camp is broken down into different sessions working on different topics each day. In each session you will be broken into groups or pairs, with people of similar ability etc. The training is run in different formats, such as instructional, workshopping, drilling, problem solving and conditioning.
Training is tailored to the individual so that you can work and operate at a pace that you are comfortable with. Whether you are new or experienced the camp with fit around your skills.
WHAT TO BRING ON CAMP ?
Training Clothes
T-shirts
It is recommended to bring a couple of spare t-shirts per day in case you want to change. You training partners will much appreciate this. Long sleeve training t-shirts are desirable for Ground Fighting, but not essential.
Please do not wear sleeve-less (tank) t-shirts, nobody wants to get stuck in your armpits !
Shorts / Bottoms
Train with whatever you feel comfortable in. It would be recommended to wear leggings for the Ground Fighting, if you are wearing leggings please wear a shorts over.
Shoes
You will be wearing shoes for all the training. Please wear clean trainers.
Protective Equipment
Mouthguard
It is recommended to wear a mouthguard when training. While you will not need it for all the training some drills it may be recommended.
Groin Guard
Please wear your groin guar when instructed. If you do not have one, we have some spares at the club.
Gloves
You will need 14oz Boxing gloves, or 7oz hybrid MMA gloves (the extra padded ones). If you do not have these, you will be required to wear the spare big gloves at the club.
Shin Guards
Shin Guards are required for the MMA training seminar. If you do not have any, we have some spares at the club.
Hygiene
Nails
Please keep your fingernails cut short and clean please.
Smell
Please bring deodorant, if you sweat you stink and nobody will enjoy training with you. Also bring plenty or spare shirts if you are super sweaty.
Hand Sanitiser
Please sanitise you hands regularly.
